Meditation for Teens
Have you ever tried meditation? Think it sounds boring? Think again!
Meditation is actually very cool, and the best part about it is you always feel better after you meditate than you did before you started.
Meditation can help you increase your focus/attention, reduce stress and anxiety - test anxiety in particular, deal with emotions, clear the clutter from your mind and find some inner calm, relax, and know yourself better.

Meditation is an invaluable tool for stress reduction and dealing with anxiety and emotions, as well as increasing focus.
I teach simple meditation techniques that focus on breath work and the imagination.
Meditation can help teens:
