"...Who can open the door who does not reach for the latch?
Who can travel the miles who does not put one foot in front of the other, all attentive to what presents itself continually? ...Quickly, then, get up, put on your coat, leave your desk!..." -Mary Oliver

About Me

I've always had a natural curiosity about the nature of life and what gives meaning and purpose to what we do. This has been reflected in every phase of my life, from studying literary theory in college and the bigger questions that great literature asks, to moving to Brazil to teach English and discovering how different life is around the world yet how similar we are at our core.

I spent years searching for the elusive 'right' profession that would allow me to work from my heart, and contribute to the world in the most meaningful way possible....and I'm thrilled to say that I have found it in coaching.

In the spring of 2009 I became a Certified Professional Coach. I attended the Coaching For Transformation program at the New York Open Center, an organization that hosts educational programs by some of today's most acclaimed teachers in the areas of holistic health and wellness.

My work reflects my deepest beliefs about our ability to create lives guided by purpose, and allows me to share with you what I've learned and help you in your own journey of self discovery and personal expression.

My clients are women and teens, as individuals or in groups. I give workshops for women on a variety of topics, and workshops for teens on finding their 'right fit' college.

I am also a certified child meditation facilitator, a member of the Health and Wellness Professional Network, and a coach for One to One Women Coaching Women.
